Jayabd is an online gaming platform operating under an international gaming license. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Jayabd and its members. By using any Jayabd service, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms.

• Password Security: Account security is the member's own responsibility. Never share your password with anyone.

The following rules apply to deposits at Jayabd:

All deposits must come from the member's own account. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Suspicious deposits may be held pending investigation.

Jayabd is committed to ensuring fast and secure withdrawals. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• The account's KYC verification must be completed.
• The wagering requirements on any active bonus must be fulfilled.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. Large withdrawals (above BDT 50,000) may take longer due to additional verification.

Jayabd reserves the right to close or suspend any account without notice in the following situations:

• Evidence of Fraud
• Under the direction of legal or regulatory authorities

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn or brought to zero before the account is closed.

If Jayabd closes an account, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member, though it may be held during an ongoing investigation.

If a dispute arises with Jayabd, please follow the steps below:

• Step Two: If the issue is not resolved through support, submit a formal complaint.

Jayabd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, Jayabd will:

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms by the member.
